Dear New Riverfront Condominium Owner(s),
On behalf of the Riverfront Condominium Association Board of Directors and the residents of Riverfront we welcome you to our community. Over the coming months, we look forward to meeting you whether it is while you are taking a leisurely walk around the development, at the pool, tennis courts or at our Quarterly or Annual Meetings.
A nine (9) member Board of volunteers governs our Association. The Board of Directors is elected by the homeowners to oversee the affairs of the Association. Our fiscal year runs from July 1st – June 30th and we hold Quarterly Board and Annual Association Meetings.
We have hired Lincoln Condominium Management Group to manage the daily operation of the Association. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with our website including the Riverfront Declaration, Articles of Agreement, Bylaws and Rules & Regulations. You will need to register on our site to obtain access to secured owner areas. Click on the Owner Directory and follow the prompts.
Our official communication channel between the Board of Directors and Owners is our community website, our newsletter, “Riverfront Reflections," and/or emails from our management company, Lincoln Condominium Management Group (LCMG).
